Whats battle test points and where can you get them?

I am wondering, how do you get points for battle test points? Like mine is 0 and I want more.

You get Battle Test points by battling in the Battle Institute.

it is located on Northern Boulevard in Lumiose City.

They basically have no use IMO
Battle Points however, are very helpful, you can use them yo get a bunch of awesome items

You get those from the plce in Kiloude, right? yes they are very useful.

You get them form both the Battle Institute in Lumiose and the Battle Maison in Kiloude. I like using Battle Institute, they are more challenging and give more battle points on the long run
