How does Luxray learn superpower?

I just want to know how a Luxray can learn superpower because I keep breeding it in my Pokemon X game and they never end up having superpower. :/

Superpower is a transfer only move for Luxray, so the only way to get a Luxray in Pokémon X and Y with Superpower is if you teach a Luxray Superpower in Pokémon Black 2 or White 2 via Move Tutor and transfer it over using Pokémon Transporter and Pokémon Bank.
