Should I be using HP EVs on a Rotom-Wash with Pain Split?

I was wondering, would it be worth using a Pain Split Rotom-Wash with no HP EVs over one with maxed out HP EVs? Because of how Pain Split works, if Rotom-Wash has less HP EVs, it will have a lower amount of HP in general, which means it'll heal more when using Pain Split.

Would it be worth forfeiting those HP EVs to have a better Pain Split, or should I use max HP to allow Rotom-Wash to take hits more easily?

If you want to use Pain Split on Rotom-W, I would recommend giving it HP investment. Its base HP is already low (50), so there's really no point in giving it Pain Split if it's not bulky enough to use it in the first place.
