Exactly what is Hoopa?

I was on my 3DS and people said stuff like "HOOPA I WANT HOOPA HOOPA PLZ".

So what is Hoopa?

Hoopa is an event Pokémon for X and Y that hasn't been released yet, but it has been discovered in the game's coding by a hacker called Smealum. It's a Psychic/Ghost type and this is what it looks like:

It will be given out to people with X or Y some time in the future through the internet, so the people who are asking for it are kind of stupid because you can't get it yet. It might not even be real!

Hoopa is a Pokemon recently found in the X/Y code, people are looking for it, even though it's not out yet. It was discovered by the 3DS hacker, Smealum.

It's an event Pokemon, which is unreleased. You can see it on Serebii. Its base stats are:

It's signature move is Hyperspace Hole.
