If I didn't up the DNA Splicers after I caught Kyurem, can I still get the splicers?

I caught Kyurem, but I can't get the DNA Splicers since I didn't pick it up when he dropped it - I didn't see it in Black 1.
So is there any other way to get it?

The Splicers were not in Black 1.

They were only used to fuse Kyruem with the respective Unova Legendary in Black & White 2.
