So stupid me discoverd that its not worth training forretresses special defence and I thought since I have a forretress with offensive personalety maybe I should train its attack and not special defence

Actually, on Forretress, The Best EVs are: 252 HP, 200 DEF, 40 Attack, 16 Special Defense. So yes, change them.
