Should I use this Celebi?

I received a Celebi from Pokemon Bank, but it has a Lax nature
Should I use it?

If its for Competitive use, it's a bad nature, having a nature that decreases Attack is the best option and not Lax (+Def -SpD).

Celebi can be used has a Heal Bell Suport, or having Recover+ Calm Mind + Psychic STAB, or Special Sweeper.
Try having one Celebi with a nature that decreases Attack.
