PokéBase - Pokémon Q&A

So I am running a Hitmontop as a wall with this set in an OU environment (Yes I like running some under tiered Pokemon in OU once in a while)!
Hitmontop (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 12 Atk / 244 Def
Impish Nature
- Close Combat
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Rapid Spin

However, I feel like this Hitmontop is really just to absorb hits and have Rapid Spin. Is there any way to make this Hitmontop better or is it good as it is now? If needed, I am willing to change my Hitmontop!

Edit: I tried putting this on RMT, but the question was never approved. Also this is just one Pokemon I wanted to change so I mainly considered the Pokebase.

- Hitmontop isn't so good Pokemon at speed and you should invest on attack and having priority moves.
- Having a great Attack / Defense / Sp. Defense, can make Hitmontop raises his attack with a ''status-move'', Hitmontop can learn Bulk Up and some priority moves to cover for his speed.
- His ability Technician is great because almost all priority moves has a BP less than 60, Intimidade can lower Attack by 1 to resist to some flying-type moves.

Hitmontop

Hitmontop (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 80 Def / 176 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Bulk Up
- Triple Kick
- Bullet Punch
- Fake Out / Rapid Spin

Bulk Up raises Attack and Defense by 1, very important.
Triple Kick = 10 BP x3 = 30 x 1,5 (STAB) = 45 BP x 1,5 (Technician) = 67,5 x 1,5 (Bulk Up) = 101 BP or x2 (Bulk Up) = 135 BP.
Rapid Spin if you want to remove Stealth Rocks, Spikes, etc.. or Fake Out to revenge-kill low HP Pokemon.
Bullet Punch + Technician + Bulk Up + Priority can do great damage.

Hope this helps.
