Is it possible to get a second Heatran?

I caught a heatran a while ago before I knew about natures and it is Adamant is it possible to get another one on my platinum(WIthout the pokemon ranger thing). I also have HG can it be caught there.

You won't be able to get another one through the game. You'll need to trade for one.
