How can people in the UK get an OR/AS demo code?

So they'll be giving away codes on that website, for anyone to get for free?
And what does it mean by 'Amazon'? Will you be able to get codes from the Amazon website?

I'm pretty sure all the names mentioned are for their respective stores. As for the distribution, I really don't know :/
