Is it true there's going to be a Mega Slaking, a Mega Zangoose and a Mega Milotic?

In this video it shows an image of people sat playing Pokémon, which seems to be from Game Freak or the Pokémon Company. In the background you can clearly see Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire wallpaper for the upcoming games. The wallpaper has on all the Pokémon who have received a Mega Evolution so far, this includes Metagross, Sharpedo, Salamence, Lopunny, Audino, Sceptile, Swampert, Blaziken, Slowbro, Altraria and Kirlia (instead of Gallade, possibily because Kirlia can evolve into Gardevoir and Gallade and both get a Mega Evolution).

It also shows Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre, so I was wondering since Slaking, Zangoose and Milotic's pre-evolved form Feebas are on there too, are they going to get Mega Evolutions?

We don't really know for sure.

However, since so many Pokemon in that wallpaper have a Mega Evolution, it sounds quite likely that they will get a Mega Evolution. It isn't necessary that it will happen in ORAS, as they seem to have revealed all the metas for ORAS by now.
