Is it possible to make a force-switch move have normal priority or higher?

Question

Prankster add +1 to -6 and it will became -5 but that is still very low. Quick Claw has low chance to happen I think..
Other ways to increase priority?

There is one way

Because Metronome has normal priority, it can allow negative priority moves such as Roar to have normal priority.
That is the only way though, and it doesn't make for a strategy, and so it hasn't been addressed by GF. There was another way last gen, which was by using Copycat and Prankster to get +1 Roar, but it was fixed in X and Y so that people can't spam priority Roar with hazards up.
