Can Espeon evolve into Umbreon the same way it would if Evee were to?

Like if it were to have happiness points and it leveled up in the dark would it evolve into Umbreon? It had leveled up during the day and of course that was the time it evolved and not all the 15 levels it went up during the night.

No.

I don't know where you got this idea from, but once Eevee evolves, it cannot evolve in to any of its other evolutions, the same goes for all Pokémon with multiple evolutions.

No only eevee can evolve into umbreon or espeon no possible way for espeon to evolve into umbreon or vise versa
