What happens if you defeat Groudon in Omega Ruby?

I defeated Groudon by a mistake. Is there another way to battle Groudon or do I have to start all over?

As with all Pokémon games, Groudon will re-appear after you beat the Elite Four. Even if you accidentally defeat him again, simply beat the E4 again and Groudon will reapear. Try saving before fighting Groudon, and then restarting if you knock him out.

Answer 2

If you defeat Groudon during the main story, you can beat the Elite Four and go to the Chamber of Origin to rebattle Groudon.
