Breed your little heart out, my friend.
Get a male Lapras (because there's a better chance of a different ability using a male) and breed it with a Ditto. Next, get a Pokemon with the ability Flame Body. Eggs hatch faster with a Pokemon with Flame Body in the party and/or also use a Hatching O-Power from Mr. Bonding in Cafe Introversion (if it's x/y) or Mauville Hills (if it's ORAS).
In x/y if you go to the Lumiose City center and put a coin in/tape down the circle pad, you'll go around infinitely. The game will hatch eggs without you touching it.
In ORAS if you go to Dewford, go to the cave there. Walk over by the hiker and you'll see a little thingamajig I don't know the name of that you can't walk up. Do the same thing with the coin or tape like in x/y and you'll go up and down infinitely without touching the game, and you'll get eggs hatched. There might be a better place than this, but I don't know about it.
