Like, an ability, not an item. And Like after using Roar of Time or Hyper Beam or Giga Impact, or Frenzy Plant or Blast Burn or Hydro Cannon, yeah... I wanted to know if there is a new ability in gen V that made it to where you wouldn't have to recharge.
