How to get Hone Claws/TM01 in ORAS?

Question

I want to finish up some movesets that can only be completed with Hone Claws.
I don't kow how get Hone claws though, so I would be happy if someone would tell me.
(This is also my first post on pokebase,so please tell me if I did something wrong.)

TM01 can be found in Slateport City from the TM Salesman.
