I'm trying the multi battle in the Battle Maison and I'm having my brother as my partner. I'm putting together a rain team. My brother is gonna use Azumarill and Salamence.
My Rotom -Wash moveset:
@Leftovers
Timid nature
EVs: 252 HP/153 Sp. Def/50 Sp. Atk/50 speed/5 def
-Will-O-Wisp
-Hydro Pump
-Thunderbolt/Volt Switch/Thunder
-Protect

I'm planning to pair Rotom with Blastoise, Ferrothorn or Greninja.
I would change your Rotom-Wash a bit by changing it's EV spread. Remember that 4 EVs are required to get one stat point. For example, 50 isn't divisible by 4 so you will have some leftover EVs that can't be put to good use because its in that specific stat.  I would recommend having this EV spread since Rotom-Wash is more of a tank but at the same time can do some good damage:
Rotom-Wash @ Sitrus Berry
EVs: 252 HP / 136 SpA / 120 SpD
Calm Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Thunderbolt/Thunder
- Thunder Wave/Will-O-Wisp
- Protect
Leftovers is superior to Lum Berry on all Pokémon but Trevenant. And Rotom-W can be used as a speedy sweeper, Scarfed and Specs sets are not uncommon. My personal Rotom is a bulky sweeper with a Timid Nature. You have a good point about the EVs, though.

I started off writing about Mega Sceptile, but stumbled across this bad boy instead:

Scizor

Scizor@ Life Orb/Scizorite
Trait: Technician (if possible, if not opt for Swarm)
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
- Bullet Punch
- Iron Head
- U-Turn
- Superpower/Roost

Scizor forms a fantastic core with Rotom-W, making good use of VolTurn. Bullet Punch patches up Sciz's pitiful Speed, while Iron Head provides powerful Fairy-killing power to assist Salamence. U-Turn gives useful Bug STAB, and pairs great with Volt Switch. Superpower provides coverage, but Roost heals off Life Orb recoil. Ability-wise, if possible go for Technician, but if you can't get one then go for Swarm. For it's held item, Life Orb gives Scizor the ability to wrecks things more than it already does and works well with Roost. If your bro isn't running Mega Salamence, then I recommend using the Scizorite for boosted Attack and guaranteed Technician.

Scizor benefits greatly from Rain, weakening his glaring Fire weakness. When a Grass-type appears to threaten Rotom, switch to Sciz. He laughs at any Grass attack not named Solar Beam and hits them back hard with U-Turn. In turn, Rotom can safely switch in to incoming Earthquakes. These two Pokémon possess nearly perfect synergy, and Scizor also helps crush threats to some of your partner's Pokémon. Good luck with your team!
