Does the egg obtained in ORAS have pokerus?

Question

I received an egg from the lady in that town with the steam baths in the Pokemon centre and somehow, my whole party now have pokerus (i'm not complaining of course :p) but I REALLY doubt it's just luck. Does the egg have it when you obtain it?
