As Carracosta has 108 Base Attack as compared to 83 Base Special Attack, I would pick Rock Slide or Stone Edge over Ancient Power. Between those two, I usually run Rock Slide because of more accuracy (I have bad experiences of missing Stone Edge in a lot of crucial moments) and the added chance to flinch. In a Shell Smash set for Carracosta, a lucky flinch can possibly lengthen your sweep.
I would pick Rock Slide.
