Say if I save in front of Articuno and activate Capture Power. Does the help in catch rate last for the entire battle, regardless of the 3-minute limit?
When you are in a cutscene o battle or something of that sort, even if an O-Power wears off the effect will last the entire battle but will wear off after. Hope this helps! -It's a secret!
