Do Normal types that know Metronome get a STAB boost from it (such as Togepi), or does it only come into effect after the move is picked (such as Togekiss and a Flying/Normal type move)?
It works on what move is used, such as if a mew were to metronome and it picked Psystrike, it would have STAB whereas if it pulled U-turn, it wouldn't.
