Can someone tell me where to find Blissey Bash Secret Bases?

Question

I'm getting frustrated at the lack of high-level Pokémon for level grinding in ORAS. I ca nusually get them to Lv. 30 just fine, but the stretch from there to Lv. 50 is agonizing. I have heard of the legendary Blissey Bash Bases, but I don't know where to find their QR codes. Could someone tell me where Blissey Bash codes can be found? Thanks!
