I have a feebas thats ability is 'Oblivious'?

Is it a hacked Pokemon? I play legit and don't cheat. The ability isn't listed though in Pokemon database.

That Feebas is legit; it can have the ability Oblivious, it's a new ability for Feebas introduced in Gen VI, and thus is not currently listed on the data base.

When a Feebas with Obvlivious evolves it will gain Competitive as a Milotic.
