is this pokemon white or white 2? Your title says White but the tag is Black-White 2.....?

Reshiram cannot be obtained in Pokemon White. You can get one through GTS or you can get Pokemon Black, where you can catch Reshiram.

Reshiram can be caught in Pokemon White 2

I wasn't sure which one you wanted, seeing as the tags say BW2 but the question says White. Anyway, I hope I helped! :D

You can only obtain Reshiram by trading in Pokémon White
