Can legends from PMD Gates to Infinity be transferred?

If I got Meloetta to join my team is there a way I can transfer IT (emphasis on IT) to B/W, B/W 2, X & Y, ORAS? (Or any other legend.)

PMD games are not compatible with The Main Pokemon Games.
