If Shedinja had Sturdy and Focus Sash would it be able to take 2 Super-Effective Moves?

Yes.

In fact it can take infinite amount of super effective moves thanks to sturdy.

you should also mention it doesn't prevent residual damage to take you down, although it makes any kind of attack effect-less.
