May I can walk with my pokemon, when not in battle also?and how to control the game?

No, you cannot walk alongside your pokemon like in Yellow/HeartGold/SoulSilver.

The game controls are fairly obvious - just try it and see.

D-Pad = walk around, move up/down menu
A = talk to people and select choices in menus
B = Cancel menu choices etc
Start = open menu
Select = maybe setting an item for quick use, I don't remember if the second generation had those features.
