Competitively, No.

Ice still hits Rayquaza for 4x unless you're running Mega and Giratina for 2x, so ice is still a problem.

On top of that Fairy will absolutely wreck you as it hits 3 of your team, Sylveon and Xerneas are still pretty common runs atm.

I'd go for a more mixed team if I were you but if you are set on running a full Dragon team, training for speed and running common check moves would be your best, i.e. poison/steel to hit Fairy-types and fire/steel for Ice-types.

No. I think dragon legend rayquaza will be easily KO by a strong ice type Pokemon. If someone sends a Pokemon with ice as well as fighting type moves can easily take down giratina being a dragon and dark type Pokemon.

No but maybe replace rayquaza/giritina with somthin like Infernape or Talonflame for ice coverage then you only have No ice weaknesses and then get one of your pokes to know a poison or steel type move for fairy coverage (Preferably one per poke) and then you set! But please give me more details on your Pokemon like EV spreads held items and move sets
