Poison Jab or Iron Head of Garchomp?

Question

I'm building a Fairy proof-ish M-Garchop and it just so happens I came across Iron Head and Poison Jab for this guy. I couldn't deside which would be better for his moveset:

Garchomp (M)@Garchompite
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, and 4 Defense
Jolly Nature
- Brick Break
- Dragon Claw
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head/Poison Jab

Iron Head, becuase it covers Ice as well as Fairy. Also, it has good flinch hax.
