Jirachi won't learn Doom Desire?

Question

In my White 2 game, my Jirachi is level 100 , but it hasn't learned Doom Desire since level 5. It is the event Jirachi from a long time ago that knew Draco Meteor.

Have you tried going to the move relearner?

Jirachi learns Doom Desire at level 70. You may have just missed it. It has happened to me before. Just head to the move tutor that helps you relearn moves at the PWT just below Driftveil City.
