What would flamethrowers power be with a Chandelure that has Charcoal?

I want to know this because I want something reliable but equal in power to Fire Blast. Just wondering if it could be as good or should just stick to fire blast+wide lens. Ty!

Fire Blast is far superior to Flamethrower in this case, because Wide Lens would allow Fire Blast to have 95% Accuracy. Also, Fire Blast on its own is stronger than a Charcoal Flamethrower, so in this case...go with Wide Lens Fire Blast.
