When is the North American release of Pokémon Rumble World?

Being an avid Pokémon Rumble fan, I was hyped up when I hear of Rumble Blast. Apparently it has already been released, but when I go to the eShop it says "Coming to Nintendo eShop". When will Rumble World become available for North America?
