Can Lock-on work on ghost types?

I want to use a lock- on guillotine team on hackmons, and ghost types are popular in hackmons.

Yes

However, your strategy will not work. Lock-On affects ghosts, but not Guillotine. Since this is Hackmons though, try equipping your Pokémon with Sheer Cold or Fissure. Sheer Cold is good since nothing is immune to it.

If having Guillotine is nessesary, you can also use Mind-Reader but that would take up another turn.

nope, sorry. Lock on bypasses accuracy, not immunity. If you want a OHKO without immunities, use sheer cold.
