Rayquaza/Delta episode help?

So Zinnia has just summoned Rayquaza but I'm in the part where I can save and heal and all that. I'm going to catch it but I forgot to get Quick Balls, can I leave and come back and everything will still be there? (Hope that wasn't too confusing).

I left for 18 days and rayquaza was there ( in Fallabor town you get quick balls from the store).

I'm pretty sure you can, otherwise it wouldn't let you save, heal, and… well… leave.

Oh, you don't have to go back and get Quick Balls. The catch rate of Rayquaza was drastically increased, so any ol' Poké Ball will do. Myself and many others caught it full health with a vanilla Poké Ball.
