Whenever I get into new mauville, There are only 2 rooms. There are 2 locked doors and that one big staircase in the middle that is blocked. Is there any way to explore more of new mauville?
No, you can only go around on one floor, and you can only go into the 2 rooms. You cannot explore anywhere else in New Mauville.
