Trying to get both bikes in ORAS, but the girl on route 111 isn't there?

I am trying to get both bikes in Alpha Sapphire, and I have watched 5 videos on how to do so, but the girl on route 111 is not spawning in. I have tried turning off my game, and turning it back on, I talked to the other 2 people, but whenever I go back to route 111, she is not there. Please help.

Beat the elite four and finish the delta episode
if that still doesn't work you've talked to her already.

I guess I did already. Thank you so much! I wish she didn't disappear though because I would not mind talking to her twice for the bikes.

Talk to Rydel

This happened to me. But it was with the guy at the Battle Resort. You have already talkes to the Hex Maniac without realising at some point. If you go back to the Cycle Shop Rydel will give you another bike
