In DP, what happens to Cyrus after Dialga/Palkia is defeated?

I'm curious, but I don't have enough money to buy another game or enough time to play it.

He just disappears

After you catch Dialga/Palkia, he just goes poof and you never hear from him or team galactic ever again.

Stark mountain does not feature team galactic in DP. Only in platinum. That said Cyrus still isn't part of the quest in platinum Charon, your nemesis, takes over team galactic for the event. http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Stark_Mountain
