Ive been playing alot of LC lately with teams from the fourms but I decided to make my own team to some wins some losses but I big part of my problem is that rocks are hurting me and the spinners I commonly use just dont synergies with my team.

Some good examples of LC Rapid Spinners include Staryu, Tentacool, and Anorith.

Sets:

Staryu@Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 116 HP / 156 Def / 236 Speed
Timid Nature
- Recover
- Scald
- Thunderbolt / Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin

Starmie fits well as a Spinner because of its reliable recovery and coverage moves. You could also use Psychic instead of Thunderbolt / Ice Beam.

Tentacool@Berry Juice / Eviolite
Ability: Liquid Ooze
EVs: 196 HP / 76 Def / 196 Sp. Def / 36 Speed
Calm Nature
- Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Scald
- Sludge Bomb / Knock Off

Tentacool is primarily chosen for its access to both Toxic Spikes and Rapid Spin. It also has a decent typing.

Anorith@Berry Juice / Eviolite
Ability: Battle Armor
EVs: 236 Atk / 36 Def / 236 Speed
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Rock Blast
- Knock Off / X-Scissor
- Rapid Spin

Anorith faces competition from alot of the other Rapid Spinners. It's weak to SR, while Sandshrew / Drilbur can do what Anorith does and resists SR. Unlike Sandshrew / Drilbur, Anorith has a slightly better Attack and Speed, making it useful as a fast Spinner. If you prefer the resistance to Stealth Rock, go with Drilbur.

Some good examples of LC Defoggers are Stunky, Vullaby, and Archen.

Sets:

Stunky@Eviolite
Ability: Aftermath
EVs: 12 HP / 92 Atk / 144 Def / 52 Sp. Atk / 188 Sp. Def / 20 Speed
Brave Nature
- Defog
- Pursuit
- Sucker Punch
- Sludge Bomb / Fire Blast

Stunky can provide Defog support and Pursuit trap threats. It also has a unique typing among most Defoggers.

Vullaby@Eviolite
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 116 HP / 76 Atk / 236 Def / 76 Sp. Def
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Knock Off / Brave Bird
- Defog
- U-turn / Knock Off

Vullaby is probably the bulkiest Pokemon in the tier. Combined with Eviolite, it can play Defensively with Defog support and also has access to a reliable recovery move.

Archen@Berry Juice
Ability: Defeatist
EVs: 76 HP / 156 Def / 76 Sp. Def / 196 Speed
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Defog
- Acrobatics / Knock Off
- U-turn / Earthquake

Archen is unique in the fact that it has great Offensive stats and also provides both SR and Defog support.

Hope I helped!

I suggest fornyour spinner you go with Staryu. Just as its evolution it can be a very successive spinner and has great potential. It also has some good recovery moves. But if you dont want starmine another good, though not commonly use for such purposes, drilbur can be another option. It is also fast and can be you spinner. It is more offensive so best use him kn a offensive sand team. It has no recovery moves and bad typing so dont use rapid so often because he can be worn down easily. As for your defoggers I suggest Vullaby. This Pokemon can be a pain of used correctly. It has high defenses and can torture your opponent. I dont play LC so set suggestions are for someone else but I hoped this helped you and may your team improve in the best way :D
