Is it possible to get event Pokemon without a code from GameStop (no trading)?

I am not asking about how to get the event Pokemon,I am asking this because I live in Hong Kong where there is no GameStop and toysrus don't have code for event Pokemon.

Easily put, Powersaves. No other method can be used unless you can still generate Pokemon(which I highly doubt)

With Powersaves, you can access all the events that have been released on ORAS/XY and generate them into your game under the 'ORAS Wonder Card' tab.
