How do you get Celebi from Gamestop?

i heard that people told that u can get event celebi from gamestop. if i would come there... what should i do? do i need to buy that event?

The celebs ever was in game stop. It was there befor black and white came out which is over shear ago. If you were to transfer that celebi to black and white to can get zorua
