I know I have at least 2. A mew and celubi. The mew my friend go me because I had on in red and blue. I don't plan on using them online even if I could. I would like to use my mew in my secret base party as a troll build.

So do I have to get ride of them or is there a way I can keep them.

Absolutely nothing.

The hacked Pokemon themselves cannot do a thing to your game files.

It's the methods through which you obtained them from that do. If you personally coded those Pokemon into your game file, there's a good chance that it could corrupt your game file; delete information or just straight up crash it. But if you didn't, then no need to worry, your game's safe.

However, there are some rules on online plays that disallow the use of hacked Pokemon, like for instance wrong stats, moves, abilities, levels etc. So while you may have hacked Pokemon with you, you cannot really do anything with them other than collect them like action figures.

Hope I helped!

TL;DR:

It causes severe bruises to both hands, making sure that one does not ever mingle with the forbidden art of "Hacking". It also writes across your forehead "Cheater!" and causes everyone to laugh at you hysterically while you're grocery shopping...even when you're asleep... But in all seriousness, no.
i've had a pokemon i received from wonder trade somehow stop my clock
Wonder Trade has always been a bit glitchy, it's possibly because of a malfunction during the Wonder Trade that caused it and not the pokemon itself.
well, as soon as i released the pokemon it went away so it didn't matter too much

im not too sure what you mean but if you mean if you have cloned Pokemons (which I think is considered hacked), there is no big difference from the unhacked version except for the fact that its cloned and two or more copies of the exact same Pokemon exists. And no you don't have to get rid of them. I'm not sure if this is what you mean but I hope I help in some way :)
