I don't mean in the Mt. Battle that you can get Ho-oh from, I mean the in-game Mt. Battle. You see, I have an action replay cheat to catch trainers Pokemon, and I wanna know if ANY trainer besides the Cipher Admins have any legendary Pokemon.
I dont think they do,They shouldnt atleast. Because of mechanics they shouldn't but I'm not to sure
