im pretty sure you can't breed Kyurems, without hacking. No legendary Pokemons can breed except for Manaphy, which can breed phoines and I think phoines can also breed phoines using a ditto
No. Kyurem is a legendary Pokemon and they cannot be bred to obtain. As a bonus fact, they can't breed either, so you will have to get one through capture or trade only.
