Is it possible to breed Pokeball Pattern Vivillion and still have that pattern with the breeded ones?

sorry if the question doesn't make any sense, i'm just asking this because I don't have a Pb vivillion and I'm hoping this works.

Basically I'm asking if it's possible to breed a Pokeball Patterned Vivillion and when the hatched Scatterbug evolves to Vivillion, to have the Pokeball Pattern like the original Breeder.

No.

Vivillon can't pass down it's pattern by breeding- the offspring's will evolve into your region's Vivillon pattern.
