Does Sheer Force negate health lost from Life Orb?

I have a Feraligatr with Sheer Force and is holding Life Orb but everytime I use one of its damaging moves (Waterfall, Earthquake, and Ice Punch) I still recieve the recoil. Have they made it so that Sheer Force no longer negates the hp lost of Life Orb?

It only negates the health lost when you use a move that activates Sheer Force. If you use a move boosted by Sheer Force, like Ice Punch or Waterfall, you will not lose health from Life Orb. But if you use a move which is not boosted by Sheer Force, like Earthquake, you would still receive recoil.
