So Super Mystery Dungeon came out recently and I heard you can recruit EVERY Pokemon BUT heatran which I'm fine with but my all time favorite is Jirachi which I heard is a shop keeper and can't be recruited so my question is can she be recruited yes or no?
You can recruit Jirachi after your connected with society and completed the epilogue.
