Blaziken or Infernape?

Question

Hi! I'm new here, so I apologize in advance for any mistake I'll undoubtedly make :P
I thought about raising a new fighting-fire leader for my team for ingame/PSS, and these two seem like the best I can get.
Who do you suggest between the two?
Those are the movesets I want to give them, I've found them on Smogon.

Blaziken @ Life Orb
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Low Kick
- Protect
- Flare Blitz

Infernape @ Life Orb
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 168 Atk / 88 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Fire Blast
- Close Combat
- Grass Knot
- Earthquake

Who do you think is the best of the two with those movesets?
Could you suggest a good partner Pokemon in case I double battle?

Go for Blaziken.

If you are going thru the trouble of getting a Speed Boost one, might as well use that one.

Also Blaziken should always have an Adamant nature if you plan to Mega Evolve it, to make better use of the huge Atk stat increase it receives.

The moveset remains pretty much the same tho.

Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Protect
- Flare Blitz
- Low Kick
- Stone Edge

Or you could use this one I found on its Serebi (I am the hope of the universe!)

Blaziken @ Blazikenite
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 96 Spd / 252 Atk / 160 HP
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- High Jump Kick
- Flare Blitz
- Protect / Knock Off / Baton Pass / Thunder Punch

As for the double battles, it's a tough call.
A pokémon that could cover most of Blaziken's weaknesses while at the same time not being unusable without him.

infernape is faster while blaziken has more attack and sp attack, except for a few moves they learn the same. it totally depends on how you train them. if you use life orb I wouldn't use protect and flare blitz. because of the life orb recoil.

from these two I would chose infernape, because of the coverage and it is more balanced with E.P.'s.

a partner that can heal them with heal pulse, so I would say lati@s as partner which can go mega.
