Life Orb or Assault Vest for my Arcanine?

Question

I am making a team for competitive use and I want to use a physical Arcanine.
It holds a Life Orb and has Flare Blitz and Wild Charge. Is all this recoil bad?
Its other moves are:
Extreme Speed/Morning Sun
Iron Head
Should I change the Item to Assault Vest and go with Extreme speed
and Heat Wave or Life Orb with Morning Sun and Flare Blitz?

Please give suggestions on which I should go with!

Having LO and all those attacks is fine. Just don't expect it to last the entire match. Play it late game or to break pokemon other's can't.
