Transfer Moves & Breeding?

If I have a Pokemon with a transfer only move(such as move tutor, TM, etc.) and the Pokemon is a male and I breed it, would the Egg have the transfer move?

Example:
Combee Male has air cutter by transfer. Breeds with Combee Female. Would the Combee Egg have air cutter?

Not usually. A move can only be passed down if it's in that species' Egg Moves. Combee does not learn Air Cutter as an Egg Move (in fact it has none at all), so Air Cutter would not be passed down.
